Yes. TextDeck stores everything locally on your device and works with no connection at all. iCloud sync is optional and only syncs when you're online.
TextDeck runs on macOS (14+) and iOS (17+) — meaning Mac, iPad, and iPhone. You can optionally store your templates in your own iCloud.
